Father Figure

The Father Figure headgear is a dedication by the Black Embassy brand to a program known as, The Father Figure Initiative.

This initiative is of an organisation known as Lifa LeKhaya Foundation, which translates to a home’s inheritance. With each house, idealistically, supposed to have both parents two light up the warmth that would be felt right down to the children, in South Africa over 60 percent of children grow up with absent fathers.

This initiative is strictly motivated by the will to curb this social ill, which arguably could also be one of the contributing factors of the high crime rate that this nation experiences with it been deemed to be amongst the most dangerous countries worldwide.

Black Embassy aims to contribute towards the awareness that the Father Figure Initiative aims to deliver in order to make men realise the importance that their presence plays in a child’s life, as it helps them with making greater life decisions that will empower a nation.
