The 9 Provinces Edition theme was launched in 2020, towards the end of a very challenging year in South Africa and of course the rest of the world too. As like sports always unite the people of a nation, so did a small element of unity arise in the people that are within this nation try to find means of surviving an immediate crisis despite the challenges that primarily affected each home.
The 9 Provinces Edition is an honour to the provinces of South Africa, a dedication to the various cultures and different tribes that have very similar traits, which being “UBUNTU”.
With the growth of the brand, this series aims to look within each province and project the culture, landscapes, and indigenousness (plants and people) that are portrayed in each province’s modern sculptures.
